STEP 1
Gather Your Design Details
Start by creating a tech pack, the blueprint to your final product. Don't worry if you don't have one yet. We can help you create a tech pack or provide you with our template. In the tech pack, specify design drawings, technical drawings with detailed notes on finishes, reference images, sizes and measurements, fabric and trim details, print or embroidery information, label details, and anything else important to your design. The more precise you explain your wishes, the more accurate and aligned your production will be with your vision.
STEP 2
Book a Free Consultation
Once you have your tech pack ready, schedule a free consultation with us. During this meeting, we will discuss your deadlines, quantities, and the specific services you require assistance with. This is an opportunity for us to better understand your needs and tailor our service to fit your unique requirements. After the consultation, we will provide you with a personalized price quote.
STEP 3
Prepare Your Patterns
If you already have patterns, it's best to send us a digital copy in formats such as PDF, DXF, PACX, or ZPRJ. If your patterns are in paper format, make a copy and send us the physical copy. If you have already graded your patterns, please include these details. Alternatively, let us know which sizes you would like us to grade them in. If you don't have any patterns yet, don't worry. We offer pattern-making services to ensure your design comes to life.
STEP 4
Sample Documentation
If you already have physical samples, you can choose to send them to us for reference. Alternatively, you can document your samples thoroughly with clear pictures and videos, highlighting any specific details or features. This documentation will serve as a visual guide for our team during the production process.
STEP 5
Production Consultation
Once your tech pack, patterns, and samples are ready, you will have another consultation with us. During this consultation, we will work closely with you to arrange the production. We'll discuss timelines, clarify any additional questions, and ensure your vision is fully realized in the final product.
STEP 6
Quality control
Our commitment to delivering high-quality products is paramount. While your production is underway, our team will closely monitor the process and perform rigorous quality control checks. This ensures that the finished products meet your precise specifications and adhere to our standards of excellence. We understand the importance of timely delivery, so we will also ensure that all agreed-upon deadlines are met.
STEP 7
Shipment
Once your production is complete and passes our quality control checks, we will handle the logistics of shipping your products to your desired location. Whether it's a single destination or multiple locations, our team will arrange the shipment for you. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also consider eco-friendly shipping options whenever possible.
